How It Works
You want to spend your next vacation on the water with us. But how exactly does it work? How do you choose a yacht? Who will be your crew? How much will it cost?
Step by step guide
1. Design Your Trip
Take a look at the What´s Included page and think about what you would like to include. We will guide you through the process of choosing the best yacht for you and the best time to visit in order to get the best prices. In order to help you we need to know:
- How many friends / family members are joining.
- When would you like to travel.
- What would you like to add to your trip.
- Any special activities or requests you may have.
2. We Make A Quotation
After designing your trip together we´ll send you a document with everything you need to know about your upcoming trip. Here you will see important information about the destination, details about the yacht and the itinerary.
We´ll put together a list with all the costs involved so you know exactly what you´re paying for. We will also give you advice on what to take on your trip and help you plan your transport and accommodation if necessary.
3. Book Your Trip
Once we know how much your trip will cost for the specific yacht and season in which you will be sailing we can:
- Offer you different payment methods and find the one that works best for you.
- Split the total cost in multiple payments in the following way:
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel more than 60 days before departure you lose the 30% deposit and any add-ons that you have paid will be reimbursed.
- If you cancel within 59 days of the departure you lose the total Yacht Rental Fee paid until the date of cancellation.
- Add ons will be reimbursed unless cancellation occurs within 7 days of departure date. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of departure date, add ons will not be reimbursed.
4. Meet Your Crew
Skipper
It´s important you talk to your skipper beforehand so you can:
- Solve any doubts you may have about the itinerary, weather or the yacht.
- Discuss what kind of activities you enjoy more so he can plan the perfect week for you.
- Communicate any specific needs or requests you may have so that we can arrange for a better service.
Host / Chef
If you add a chef to your trip you´ll talk to him / her beforehand in order to define the following details:
- The menu for the week (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks)
- Any special requests you may have (allergies for example)
- Choose your alcoholic drinks (Beer, Wine & Spirits)
5. Set Sail & Enjoy!
You work hard for this and we know that, your time onboard is meant to be relaxing and fun. Your only responsibility will be to stay safe and have an awesome experience!
Get your shades and your crew and prepare for a week you´ll never forget, we´ll take care of you and make sure you have a great time.
After your trip we would love to learn more about your experience onboard so we can improve. We can also discuss arranging sailing courses or another vacation in a different destination.
